COVID-19 UpdatesDear Valued Patient, ![]() As we continue navigating through the coronavirus pandemic together, we want you to know the steps we are taking to provide you with healthcare services - all while keeping you and the caregivers safe. We can assure you that City Smiles DC is among the safest place in healthcare today. We follow and exceed the recommended guidelines from the CDC and the DC government. Across the country, people are putting off important - and even life-threatening - healthcare issues because they are afraid of being exposed to COVID-19. We do understand your concern. The novel coronavirus is still in our communities, and it’s still contagious. We have seen emergency patients and will continue to do so. If you have a dental emergency, do not hesitate to call Dr. Ross’s cell phone at 202-441-2406. We are here for you. As we begin welcoming all patients back for regular, routine care, we will continue making your safety a top priority. If your appointment or procedure was delayed, we will reach out to you to reschedule. You can also visit our website at www.CitySmilesDC.com for up-to-date information on our COVID-19 landing page. You can also expect our patient waiting area to look different and our protocols have changed. This is to ensure the safety of you and the team.
When you do come to City Smiles DC, you will feel confident that you are walking into a safe environment - because you are. For everyone's safety, before you arrive, you will be required to complete an online form that details any COVID-19 related symptoms. When you arrive, we will take your temperature before you enter the office. It must be below 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit to be admitted into the office. You will be provided a mask, if you do not have one. If you have any questions, we would be glad to speak with you by regular phone call, Zoom, Facetime, or Skype. Should you want to speak with Dr. Ross, please call Kat at 202-223-6300 to schedule a time using your preferred method of communication.
